Learning outcomes

The course consists of a single module. At the centre of the chosen texts (Penthesilea by Heinrich von Kleist, Judith by Friedrich Hebbel and Judith und Holofernes by Johann Nestroy) lies the role of women in German literature’s reception of myth in the nineteenth-century). Furthermore, problems relative to the critical edition of texts will be discussed.

I racconti di Heinrich von Kleist
Il corso è articolato in un unico modulo. Al centro dei testi scelti (Die hl. Cäcilie oder die Macht der Musik, Die Marquise von O…., Der Findling, Der Zweikampf, Verlobung in ST. Domingo, Das Bettelweib von Locarno) sta la problematica dei sistemi segnici e la tematica della scrittura. Inoltre saranno discussi problemi inerenti all’edizione critica di testi.
