Doctorate research program
My research project investigates the relationship between bilingualism and dyslexia, with a twofold aim: first, to allow an early identification of bilingual children at risk to develop reading impairments through the analysis of linguistic predictors of reading skills; second, to administer didactic interventions aimed to enchance those metalinguistic skills which are fundamental for reading acquisition. The project is funded by the PNRR European funds and is coherent with line 5 of the PNRR PhD projects (social inclusion). Tutors: prof. Chiara Melloni and prof. Maria Vender
