Learning outcomes

The course will be held in Spanish and aims to provide advanced level skills and deepen knowledge of Spanish literature with the direct experience of reading and analyzing some classics. It will have the character of a laboratory and seminar, based on the students' previous preparation, respecting and improving their attitudes.

Syllabus

Cervantes' narrators.
Starting point will be the reading and commentary of two works of Cervantes, Don Quixote and Persiles, from a narratological point of view.
Materials will be made available on the e-learning platform. The teacher is available during the reception for clarifications on the content of the course. Students who do not attend class will follow the same program.

Assessment methods and criteria

Oral exam at the end of the course. During the course written reports according to the availability of the student. The relations and the final oral exams will be in Spanish and aim to verify the property of the language, the analytical skills and the depth of the knowledge acquired.
