Learning outcomes
The course aim is to explain to the students the impact of European Community Law on business activity in Italy.
To reach this target, first of all students must get a clear understanding of the institutional framework of the European Union. Once students have learned to know the basic structures and mechanism of the European system, lectures will turn on themes dealing more specifically with business.
The final examination shall be oral.
In the evaluation of the students which attend to the lessons, class participation shall be duly valued; for such students frequency and the positive getting through a written test may substitute the final examination.
