The course aim is to provide the students with the knowledge of European Community Law that is necessary for future tour operators.
To reach this target, first of all students must get a clear understanding of the institutional framework of the European Union. Once students have learned to know the basic structures and mechanism of the European system, lectures will turn on themes dealing more specifically with tourism.
The final examination shall be oral.
In the evaluation of the students which attend to the lessons, class participation shall be duly valued; for such students frequency and the positive getting through a written test may substitute the final examination.
