Learning outcomes

EDUCATIONAL AIMS:
The course intends to provide students with some guiding lines for a knowledge of Spanish culture and literature in Renaissance times, as well as, for a reading of some poetic and narrative texts of the period. In the second module a guided reading commentary of some “novelas” and of an “entremés” by Miguel de Cervantes will be undertaken.

Assessment methods and criteria

ASSESSMENT:

Facultative written test during the course for the first module; final oral examination. A partial completion of the oral examination in Spanish constitutes an advantage in the examination’s overall evaluation
