EDUCATIONAL AIMS:
The course intends to introduce students to the main lines of historical, artistic, and literary development in Austrian culture between the nineteenth and twentieth centuries. The second module deals with Robert Musil’s work. The main aim is to highlight the fundamental themes in Musil’s narrative through readings and commentaries of representative texts.
