Requirements for admission
This Master’s degree programme is ‘open’ in the sense that no entrance examinations are required, but in order to be admitted you will need to meet specific subject requirements and demonstrate appropriate knowledge and skills. More specifically, to be considered for admission you must hold:
- a three-year university degree (Bachelor) in the field of Humanities/Modern Languages. Candidates are required to have studied two languages among those taught at the Department of Foreign Languages and Literatures (English, French, Spanish, German, Russian). Applicants who have not already graduated may apply as long as they earn their degree by 31 July 2019;
- an English language qualification, C1 level (CEFR) in the two chosen languages, which have to be clearly indicated by participants in the admission form (two of the following: French, English, Russian, Spanish, German). For those who have not chosen English as their first or second language, a B2 level (CEFR) of English is advised. A list of equivalent language qualifications can be found at: https://cla.univr.it/files/tabella-approvata-congiunta-15-maggio-2018.pdf
