From September to December 2026, international students at the Department of Foreign Languages and Literatures can receive peer-to-peer support from Ilaria Bottaro, a student and Department Ambassador. The service offers practical help with Learning Agreements, courses, timetables, examinations, and university life. Meetings are available in person or via Zoom; full details and the schedule are provided in attachment.
