From September to December 2026, international students at the Department of Foreign Languages and Literatures can receive peer-to-peer support.

A peer tutoring service is available for international students at the Department of Foreign Languages and Literatures from September to December 2026.
The service is provided by Ilaria Bottaro, a Student Ambassador from the Department. Students can receive assistance with:
completing their Learning Agreement;
finding classrooms and checking class timetables;
finding course syllabi and other course information;
registering for examinations;
understanding examination formats and procedures;
obtaining other useful information about studying at the Department.
Students can meet with the tutor either in person or online via Zoom during the hours listed below. In-person meetings take place in the Digital Lab, on the third floor of the Department. Individual appointments are also available upon request.
