The Receptions of Ophelia, 1599-1900

The International Conference "The Receptions of Ophelia, 1599-1900", organised by Prof. Emanuel Stelzer, wishes to investigate from an interdisciplinary point of view the literary and cultural receptions of Ophelia from the original early modern context to the end of the nineteenth century. The conference stems from the subproject "Accessing Ophelia" within the "Inclusive Humanities" Project of Excellence of the Department of Foreign Languages and Literatures (Verona University). Students of the following degree courses (BA: Lingue e Letterature straniere, Lingue e letterature per l’editoria e i media digitali, MA: LM37 and LM38) who will attend the conference and write a paper approved by Prof. Stelzer will receive 1 CFU D.
