The course objectives are, firstly to give students the analytical tools in the evaluation of Industrial strategies to manage relationships with Trade and, secondly, to obtain a good understanding of the competitive behavior of commercial enterprises. At the end of the course the student should be able to decline theoretical and operative tools required in negotiation activity, in the sector of fast moving goods.
A written test to assess accurate knowledge is required. A supplementary oral examination, in case of positive result, is left to personal choices. For attending students an ongoing evaluation will be organized at the end of lessons.
