The course aims to deepen the themes related to management and administration of accommodation facilities, travel agencies, tour operators, airlines, and cruise companies.
Some managerial and performance control instruments will be examined
The course themes are:
- hospitality management: organization, product/service niche, integration with otehr sectors
- Travel agency: structure and organization, front office and back office, networking (integration), financial and legal issues
- Tour Operators: organization and structure, packages, catalogues, relationship between TO and distribution company
- Airlines: fare rules, low cost carriers, BSP, GDS.
- Incoming company: the market, competitors.
- Museum and other turistic company
The exam will be only oral.
