The course is aimed at investigating the issue of enterprise quantitative evidences which are instru-ment of evaluation of both economic and financial equilibrium of the business management; in par-ticular, companies operating in the tourist sector will be considered.
After having firstly introduced some basic concepts of business economics, contents and structures of balance sheets will be analysed, and especially those figures which turn out to be of much inter-est for the targeted sector; in the end, major balance data analysis methods will be shown, in order to gather both some fluxes of economic-finance quantities and elaborate some appropriate markers and quotients, so to point out more complex and useful news by means of their due coordination, according to a quantitative point of view.
A written examination will be held at the end of the course
