Lesson timetable

Learning outcomes

The purpose of the course is to provide students with the necessary knowledge for an appropriate understanding of the community measures in the area of economic activities and businesses. In particular, the course deals with the fundamentals of community law and examines closely some topics concerning the European single market, on the one hand, and the process of harmonization of the domestic company laws, on the other hand.
