Learning outcomes

The course intends to explore the evolution of the English novel in the twentieth century, from Modernism to the more experimental forms of Postmodernism. Ideological, philosophical and methodological issues will be examined within the diachronic evolution of the period.

Assessment methods and criteria

Assessment will consist of a written paper in English on one of the topics or authors studied during the course.
