Learning outcomes

Obiettivi in inglese

The course presents the law relevant to tourism emanating from the Public law, constitutional law and European Union. The course examines the competence of the European Union, State and local Government in the field of tourism policy. The course starts with a description of the basic legal principles, rules and institutions in the tourism law. The course presents the basic principles in relation to tourism business, such as good faith, fraud, mistake, force majeure and reasonableness and the themes of contract law and tort law.
