Learning outcomes

The course: “The foreigner and literary typology: stereotypical identity/alterity in W. Shakespeare” is aimed to deconstruct strategies of identity typologization by analyzing W. Shakespeare’s Othello as a paradigmatic and avant la lettre deconstructive text of versions of identity projected as `diversity’. The Merchant of Venice will also be examined with these same aims.
