The aim of the course is to transmit basic knowledges of
a) Textual transmission and manuscripts’ production in germanic literary languages of the Middle Ages. History of textual criticism and his applications to germanic literary traditions
b) Germanic linguistic (in comparative and diachronic perspective)
c) English and German literature in the Middle Ages. Texts’ lectures
