Learning outcomes
The course aims to deepen the themes related to management and administration of accommodation facilities, travel agencies, tour operators, airlines, rail and road transport companies, cruise companies.
Some managerial and performance control instruments will be examined
A written test to assess accurate knowledge and a supplementary oral examination are required. The tests will be corrected in the same day or in the immediately following days. The results of the written tests as well as the calendar of the oral examinations will be published on the website and in the notice board.
